MINUTES
HULL CONTRIBUTORY RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING
January 23, 2003



The Hull Contributory Retirement Board meeting came to order in the Selectman
The Board signed the Payroll for December, 2002.

The Board read all informational mail.

The Board signed all bill warrants.

The Board read and attested to the minutes for the December 19, 2002 board meeting with corrections.

The Board read and attested to the executive sessions minutes for the December 19, 2002 board meeting.   

The Board voted unanimously to re-appoint James Yacobucci as a member to the Retirement Board.  Yacobucci
Yacobucci nominates Maurice Murphy as Chairman.  Resnick seconds the motion and the board voted unanimously.

Yacobucci nominates Leonard Colten as Vice Chairman, Resnick seconds the motion and the board voted unanimously.

Colten nominates James Yacobucci as Clerk of the Retirement Board.  Murphy seconds the motion and the Board voted unanimously.

The Board reviewed the resumes for the Administrative Assistant position that is currently open.  The board voted unanimously that the final candidates would be: Christopher Chrobak, James Quinlavan, Pamela Colley, Marcia Bohinc, Christine Hansen, Diane Ingrasia, Tami Bohan.   The Administrative Assistant will get in contact with these candidates to be interview on February 13, 2002 starting at 5:00 pm in the Selectman
The Board discussed the payment procedure for the Maria Hortaridis, Administrative Assistant to the Board.  Ms. Hortaridis will continue to work for the Retirement Board until a new person is hired.  Ms. Hortaridis will be paid time and a half due to the fact that she already is working for the Hull School System.  

The Board reviewed the Bonded Insurance for the Retirement Board members.  McCabe states that he would like to see guidelines from PERAC that bonded insurance is necessary for board members.  The administrative assistant will get in contact with PERAC and will report back this information at the board
The Board discussed if there would be any articles for the Town Meeting.  The Board voted unanimously that there would be no articles for the retirement board at the next Town Meeting.

The Board set a date for the next Board Meeting to be held on Wednesday,
February 26, 2003 at 9:00 a.m.

The Hull Contributory Retirement Board meeting adjourned at 10:32 a.m.
